It hasn't been close to the huge snow we had at the beginning of the week, but we've still had some light precipitation chances the last few days. Tuesday night into Wednesday morning saw a dusting of snow in some areas and Wednesday night into Thursday morning saw some light mix showers. Now we stay fairly dry over the next few days with no more precipitation expected for the rest of Thursday. Friday could see a sprinkle or flurry in the early morning hours. On Saturday we will watch a bigger storm system that stays north of Green Bay.
Even with some colder temps in the 20s Tuesday and clouds on Wednesday, we have already melted a lot of snow. Milwaukee only has a snow depth of 3" and in some areas grass is already showing up. It will take a lot of warmth to melt all of the snow in northern and NE Wisconsin where 30" of snow fell.
Locally, almost all of our snow will melt the next few days with highs reaching the mid 40s Friday with some sunshine then 50s for the end of the week and start of the weekend.
