Man charged in hours-long standoff situation in Whitefish Bay

Milwaukee County Circuit Court WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- CBS 58 has more details about why police swarmed a Whitefish Bay neighborhood Monday, June 22.
A criminal complaint says Zachary Fink, the 32-year-old arrested after an hours-long standoff with police, threatened to "blow up the house" unless officers brought him cigarettes.
Police say he also threatened officers with a knife and three two knives at squad cars.
Officers eventually fired a foam round and took him into custody.
Fink is now charged and he could be in court this weekend.
