Wisconsin runners going to the Boston Marathon

MILWAUKEE- Thirty-six thousand people will run in the 2014 Boston Marathon, a year after the tragic bombing.

Three people were killed and more than 250 wounded when Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev set off bombs made from pressure cookers near the finish line of the race.

Tamerlan was later shot and killed by police.

Dzhokhar meantime is being held in isolation in a Federal Prison in Massachusetts and goes on trial in November.

Four-hundred and fifty of this year's participants will be from Wisconsin.

Peter Stefaniak, of Wauwatosa, ran in the Boston Marathon last year and will return this year.

Stefaniak will leave Sunday for the marathon.

He did admit to CBS 58 that initially he was not sure about running the race again, however he did change his mind.

Last year Stefaniak finished about 45 minutes before the bombs went off.

For Jose Rodriguez, this will be his first Boston Marathon.

He qualified for last year's marathon, but hesitated when signing up and lost the chance to run; an eerie feeling for him now.

Rodriguez said he is \"pumped-up\" to have the chance to run this year and will leave Saturday for the race.
