SLINGER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Longtime Slinger High School band director David Hanke is sentenced to five years in prison for sexually assaulting a student at his home.
In April, a jury found 67-year-old Hanke guilty of sexual assault.
The victim, now 35-years-old, came forward in 2016.
Deputy District Attorney Stephanie Hanson recommended the maximum sentence of five years in prison followed by five years of supervised release.
