Frank Jude Junior appeared in court Monday morning for an arraignment. Jude Jr. is charged with criminal damage to property after throwing things around in a gas station near Teutonia and Atkinson in early April. The incident caused thousands of dollars in damage.
"At this time your honor, as this case is before you, we would enter a plea of not guilty," said Jude's attorney.
Jude maintains his innocence and claims he was just trying to block the door to the convenience store to avoid being stalked.
Jude has had a series of run in's with the law since being assaulted by several off duty police officers in 2004. He then settled with the city of Milwaukee for $2 million.
However, the judge did applaud his progress with Justice Point and told him to keep up the good work.
Jude will be back in court next month.
