A former Milwaukee police officer was supposed to be sentenced today for soliciting teenagers.
Now, he says he didn't do it.
Armed with a new attorney, Sonthana Rajaphoumi switched his plea to 'not guilty.'
He previously pleaded 'no contest' two counts of 'causing mental harm to a child.'
Rajaphoumi will be back in court in August.
