MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Howl the Owl is at it again, helping young kids through the coronavirus pandemic.
This time, he's wishing boys and girls a happy birthday.
Declan turned six Monday, and with the Stay at Home Order, he couldn't have a big party to celebrate.
That's when author Brenda Cortez and Mr. Howl himself showed up with some presents for the little guy.
"I just put a post out, if people were interested in having Howl come and wish them a happy birthday in lieu of a birthday party."
Howl is a character in Brenda Cortez's children's books.
He'll be busy -- Brenda says Howl will be paying a few more visits to local kids.
