Woman shot in car while at stoplight in Milwaukee

A 24-year old woman was shot while sitting in her car at a stoplight Tuesday evening.

Milwaukee Police tell CBS 58 News that the shooting happened around 6 p.m. near 17th and Walnut.

Investigators say a dark colored SUV pulled up next to the woman and fired.

Information from the scene is that her injuries are not life threatening.

As of 10:30 p.m. police report no suspects in custody.
