Rhinelander man arrested for 4th OWI after being pulled over at Kwik Trip

ONEIDA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) --A 50-year-old Rhinelander man was arrested for his 4th OWI on Friday.

A Wisconsin State Trooper saw what he believed to be drug paraphernalia in plain view in a vehicle at a Kwik Trip.

The driver of that vehicle admitted to smoking marijuana just prior to pulling into the parking lot.

The odor of intoxicants was detected from the suspect and standardized field sobriety tests were performed.

The man was subsequently arrested for his 4th OWI.

He is also facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, open intoxicants, and endangering safety by being in possession of a firearm while under the influence.
