The rain has come to an end across southeast Wisconsin, but cloud cover and some patchy drizzle linger around the area this morning. The clouds will be stubborn through the morning, but a few peeks of sun will mix in this afternoon. The more sunshine we see, the better chance we have at warming into the upper 40s. Winds will be light from the SW at 5-10 mph.
Temperatures will be a bit cooler tomorrow, but we'll have more sunshine around the area. Sunshine will continue into Saturday with temps making a run at 50 degrees! No travel concerns are expected at any point this weekend.
We won't be breaking any records on Thanksgiving this year as the record high is in the mid 60s and record low is below zero. Thankfully the wet weather has left so we won't see a repeat of the soggy Thanksgiving of 2015.
While we'll stay dry and above normal through the weekend, a strong cold front will move through the state Sunday afternoon and cool temps into the 30s to start next week. See what day we could see some lake effect snow showers by downloading the CBS 58 Ready Weather App.
