Tom Barretts Milwaukee. You may not be safe here. Everything may be failing. At least Tom has the Democratic Convention coming. Under Tom Barrets reign Milwaukee has so much going for it. Child Sex Trafficking Capital in the United States. National Pimp Training capital. Failing fleet of Police cars. Failing Public Works vehicals. Millions used on the Firserv Form, and Trollies. Could that cash be used to make Milwaukee safe. Maybe, yet with Tom Barrett? We'll never know. It is obvious Tom Barrett likes a dangerous Milwaukee. It makes him more warm inside.
