MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A teenager is now charged in a deadly crash that killed a Milwaukee father and business owner.

According to a newly released criminal complaint, 19-year-old John Ashley Jr. ran a red-light Tuesday at Fond du Lac and Roosevelt, hitting 39-year-old Leandre Brown on a three-wheeled motorcycle.

The complaint says Brown had the green light and the right of way.

It also says Ashley admitted he was driving without a license and had never had one.

Brown died at the scene.

Ashley is scheduled to be in court this weekend.
