Woman arrested after 7-month-old baby left unattended in bathtub near 35th and Silver Spring

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 27-year-old woman was arrested after a 7-month-old baby was left in a bathtub unattended and went under the water.
According to Milwaukee police, it happened at a residence near 35th and Silver Spring. Police were called to the scene just after 7:40 p.m. on Friday, June 26.
The child was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Charges against the woman arrested will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
