MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The first ever 'All In, All Youth, All Summer' resource fair was held at the Baird Center Thursday, April 2.
It's an event based around connecting young people with summer opportunities, helping them build a successful future.
Alderwoman Sharlene Moore played a major role in organizing the event and wants kids to get outside and enjoy all the city has to offer.
"Every young person could be engaged and involved in a summer experience or a summer opportunity," said Ald. Sharlen Moore. "There's no reason that young people should be sitting at home bored out of their mind. There are too many things to do right here in Milwaukee.".
Some local organizations that were in attendance included Summerfest, Discovery World, Milwaukee Rec. and many more.
