Green Bay Police arrest teenagers found in cardboard box

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Green Bay Police Department arrested two juveniles who were found in a box.

According to the Green Bay Police Department, two Community Policing Officers were on patrol Tuesday when they found a large cardboard box on the sidewalk.

While driving by the box, officers saw there were people inside the box through a small hole.

Through another hole, a person stuck their arm out and gave the officers the middle finger.

Officers stopped to talk to the people inside the box who turned out to be two truant juveniles.

While talking to them, officers discovered they were in possession of stolen merchandise. The juveniles were then connected to burglaries that occurred in the City of Green Bay.
