SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- For the last week southeastern Wisconsin has been dealing with serious storms, but we might be seeing the sunlight after Friday night.

Friday night started with tornado warnings in Walworth County, with them moving quickly into Racine and Kenosha and finally Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.

A tornado was reported to have landed in Walworth and Milwaukee Counties.

Flash flooding was no stranger this week, with cities and businesses preparing for more Friday night.

Earlier Friday, we reported along Main Street and Riverfront Drive in Waukesha that the Fox River was raising higher and higher, with the city putting down barriers preventing people from going over the bridge. Now, hours later, the waters have reached new heights, with the streets flooding as well.

It's no different in Milwaukee as the water is starting to collect in the lower parts after the severe storms along with more flooding being seen in Franklin from the Root River.

Chatter on social media says that a tornado landed in Franklin, however it is not confirmed.

In Milwaukee if you have any street flooding, please report it by calling (414) 286-CITY. Be safe and careful around the flood waters.
