CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- "Eyes forward, Mr. Liberto."
Admonishment from Milwaukee County Judge Michelle Havas Tuesday, after Angelo Liberto's lawyer said he's pleading not guilty to three felonies.
He's accused of attempted sexual assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment.
Police say he forced a woman to hand over her phone and handcuff herself in his vehicle, while Liberto told her he was going to rape her.
When police searched his car, they say they found a tarp, shovel, saw, restraints, and several other tools.
Liberto is in custody on a $2 million bond.
Court records show a restraining order was filed against him Tuesday, while the defense filed a motion to dismiss a charge of false imprisonment.
His next court date is scheduled for Aug. 6.
