After a week of heat, humidity, and storms, quiet and more comfortable weather has FINALLY returned to southeast Wisconsin. Dew points have dropped into the 40s and 50s and will remain at comfortable levels through the weekend.
With high pressure in control through the weekend, expect a lot of sunshine and temperatures generally topping out in the upper 70s. A lake breeze will likely develop both days.
With clear skies and light winds tonight, temps will likely drop to around 60 degrees in the city, but low to mid 50s away from the lake. It'll be the most comfortable night of sleep we've had in a few weeks.
The quiet and comfortable weather will continue into the start of next week, but humidity will start creeping back into the area by the middle of next week, which could lead to a chance of storms by next Thursday.
