WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Third Space Brewing is partnering with the City of West Allis to open a new beer garden in Liberty Heights Park this summer.

The West Allis Beer Garden will operate out of the new park pavilion, according to a press release, featuring Third Space beers, non-alcoholic soft drinks, hard seltzer, snacks, and canned cocktails. Live music is planned for most Friday and Saturday evenings, with food trucks throughout the summer.

To mark the beer garden's opening, West Allis Mayor Dan Devine will host a ribbon cutting ceremony June 5.

The space will be open every Friday from 4-9 p.m. and Saturdays from 3-9 p.m. through Aug. 29.

“Bringing a beer garden to Liberty Heights Park will bring energy to this neighborhood and create a welcoming gathering spot for residents and visitors alike," Mayor Devine said. "It will draw people to our community who may not have ventured here recently, giving them a chance to experience all the new things our City has to offer.”

Third Space says a portion of all sales will be contributed to the City of West Allis for park improvements and future programming.
