'The Dock' at Bradford Beach to open new rooftop restaurant, event space

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new restaurant and event space is coming Milwaukee's Bradford Beach.

According to a press release, CCH Management LLC is bringing the new-and-improved restaurant to a renovated space atop Bradford Beach's boathouse.

The renovations and expansions include the occupation of the pavilion rooftop with a new food and drink menu, a full-service bar, bar seating and sit-down tables, a fireside lounge area, space for live acoustic music and cabanas. 

The release says The Dock's new rooftop menu will feature items such as Baja fish tacos, grass-fed burgers, fresh pico de gallo and handmade guacamole, craft beer, wine, cocktails and frozen drinks.

Along with their new restaurant, The Dock will continue to occupy Bradford Beach's tiki huts and concessions.

The Dock will also serve as a rentable space for private events.

A grand opening date has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
