Son intervenes, fatally shoots man during domestic violence incident near 22nd and Burnham

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say Cesar Torres-Segura was shot and killed during a domestic violence situation over the weekend.

According to investigators, it was the son of a woman involved who shot him. It happened Sunday near 22nd and Burnham.

There is no word on charges at this time.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are currently investigating a fatal shooting.

It happened around 5:10 a.m. on Sunday near 22nd and Burnham.

According to police, a domestic violence incident happened between a man and a woman.

The minor son of the woman intervened during this incident and shot the man.

The 45-year-old man died as a result of his injuries.

The investigation remains ongoing.
