MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 84-year-old Cecil Hubbard, who is believed to have dementia or another cognitive impairment.

Hubbard was last seen on foot around 9 p.m. Monday, June 29 in the area of 26th and Vienna.

He is described as standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 208 pounds, with brown eyes and short gray hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt and trifocal glasses, with unknown pants and shoes.
