As we move deeper into spring, we're all eager to spend more time outdoors. But bad weather doesn't put a damper on an event, it can become dangerous. To mark the beginning of Severe Weather Awareness Week, CBS 58 Chief Meteorologist Drew Burgoyne headed to the National Weather Service (NWS) to learn how and why they issue their warnings.
