Sentenced to 10 Years for Killing a 3-Year-Old and Injuring a 4-Year-Old

A Milwaukee man who crashed his car killing a 3-year-old and injuring a 4 year-old is going to prison.  

This morning a judge sentenced 35-year old Marcus Lee to 20 years.

The sentence included 10 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision. 

Last month he pleaded guilty to charges including homicide by drunk driving. 

Prosecutors say lee was going 90 miles per hour near Teutonia and Sherman when his car flipped last February.

The daughter of Lee's girlfriend was not buckled in and died.
