NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Rockwell Automation wants to build an 810,000 square foot facility in New Berlin.

The campus would be built south of Grange Avenue near Mooreland Road.

The main building would be on the southern half of the lot. 

About 95% of it will be for manufacturing. 

Rockwell says the building will also have warehouse and distribution and about 40,000 square feet of office space. 

New Berlin says Rockwell plans to ask its common council for a Tax Incremental Financing District. 

A neighborhood meeting will happen in about a month.

Public hearings on the project will start June 1st.
