Pedestrian Hit by Car at 27th and Oklahoma

A pedestrian dashing across the street was struck by a car early Wednesday morning on Milwaukee’s south side. According to Milwaukee Police the accident occurred around 4:45 AM at the intersection of S 27th Street and W Oklahoma Avenue.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, but the extent of the injuries is unknown.
The driver of the car remained on scene and walked into the District 6 Police Headquarters to report the accident.
