New Dash Cam Video Raises Question After Neenah Shooting

New dash cam video from a squad car responding to a hostage situation in Neenah, WI has been released and some are calling it into question.

The video obtained and released by the USA Today Network Wisconsin shows Michael Funk exiting his Eagle Nation Cycles business, falling and then getting up.

He then turns to run and is shot by police.

The video contradicts what Neenah Police Chief Kevin Wilkinson said in December where his officers say Funk disobeyed officers to stop.

The video doesn't show officers issuing any type of command.

According to the criminal complaint, the officer said that Dunk was holding the gun in a manner that caused officers to fear for their safety.

Meanwhile, the case is still under investigation.
