MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The West Allis Police Department shared new video of a high-speed chase that ended in American Family Field last week. 

According to authorities, a WAPD officer was conducting a traffic stop and not too long after making contact with the driver and passenger, the car fled, starting a chase. 

The chase eventually entered the surrounding of American Family Field, where officers performed a PIT maneuver, ending the pursuit. 

Both the driver and passenger were taken into custody. 

A further investigation revealed that both individuals were convicted felons. Police found a firearm, marijuana and digital scales along with a large amount of U.S. currency inside the car. 

The driver has been charged with second degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of a firearm by a felon, fleeing and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. 

Charges are still pending for the passenger.
