Milwaukee County Zoo’s Wild Lights returns with expanded route
(CBS 58) – NASA’s OSIRIS-REx spacecraft is on its way back to Earth after almost two and a half years.
Before it returns, it will need to perform a critical maneuver.
NASA Flight Dynamics manager Jenny Getzandanner joined CBS 58 to talk about the maneuver the spacecraft’s trip back to earth.
OSIRIS-Rex launched in 2016 to capture a sample of an asteroid and bring it back to Earth.
