OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A scary situation in Oconomowoc after lightning hits a boathouse, right next to the Golden Lake Pub.
One person nearby says they felt the impact then saw the aftermath.
"I'm just here at the bar visiting my girlfriend and a big boom and purple lightning just flooded the whole building and shook the building," said witness Brock Nowicki. " So, we didn't think anything of it, it's just a lightning strike. About five minutes later I look outside the bar and I see a little boat shack on the edge of the water just engulfed in flames.
Thankfully, nobody was hurt.
