MPD investigating shooting involving 7-year-old boy

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Saturday in the 4800 block of N. Teutonia Avenue.
The victim, a 7-year-old male, sustained a minor injury and is being treated at an area hospital. The shooting appears to be accidental.
There is an adult male in custody regarding the shooting.
Police say they did not learn about the shooting until some time on Monday.
