MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Tom McCormick, 2026 chairperson of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors board of directors, joined us on Monday, April 20 to discuss the spring housing market and a growing concern for buyers and sellers.
McCormick talked about March home sales and whether inventory has improved heading into the busy season. He also walked through real estate fraud, including how wire fraud targets sellers during closings and how title fraud occurs, along with steps people can take to protect themselves.
