MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 15-year-old girl is recovering after being struck by gunfire Wednesday evening.
Milwaukee Police responded to the area of Sherman and Hope around 8:50 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
The investigation revealed that a shot was fired from a car and struck a 15-year-old girl who was walking in the area.
She was hit in the arm and is being treated at a local hospital.
Milwaukee Police continue to investigate.
There is currently no suspect in custody.
