MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Ballet closes its season with "ALICE (in wonderland)," running May 1-10 at the Marcus Performing Arts Center. The production last appeared in Milwaukee in 2016 and was originally scheduled to return in 2021 before being canceled due to COVID-19.
Artistic director Michael Pink and dancer Jennifer Hackbarth joined us on Thursday, April 23 to preview the production.
Choreographed by Septime Webre, the production features the full company alongside Milwaukee Ballet II artists and students from Milwaukee Ballet School & Academy.
A sensory-friendly performance is scheduled for May 6, and a student matinee on May 7.
