WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Fleet Farm, the Wisconsin-based operator of wholesale supply stores, has joined a lawsuit against the Trump administration over tariffs imposed last year. 

The lawsuit cites a U.S. Supreme Court ruling this past February which said that the administration did not have the authority to impose those tariffs without approval from Congress. 

The lawsuit does not say how much Fleet Farm had to pay in tariffs brought in from other countries, but it calls for a refund of those plus interest. 

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
