EXCLUSIVE: Mother of hit and run victim expresses forgiveness

MILWAUKEE-On Friday afternoon, 21 year old Cheyenne Jackson returned to the scene of the hit and run that took the life of her 18 month old daughter, Erieanna.
She wanted to see the makeshift memorial that had formed since the Wednesday evening tragedy.
Jackson suffered minor injuries when she was struck while holding her child on her way to daycare.
\"She wouldn't want me to be mad,\" Jackson told sister station Telemundo Wisconsin, \"So, I forgive him.\"
It was a reference to the 24 year old man police say they arrested in the case.
No word on formal charges.
