WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Waukesha County is heading back in time! Jurassic Journey, the Midwest's largest animatronic dinosaur collection will be coming to the Waukesha County Expo Center May 8-25. 

Families will be able to walk through numerous interactive exhibits, looking at over 60 life-size dinosaurs including the World's Largest T-Rex, stretching more than 40 feet long. 

For Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow, he sees this as just the first step toward bringing more events like this one to Waukesha County. 

"It shows what we're trying to do here in Waukesha County, always looking for ways that we can give the community the opportunity to have some fun. And I think that Jurassic Journey is just that," said Farrow.
