BARABOO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A climbing guide at Devil's Lake State Park tragically died on Saturday, May 30.

A post shared by Friends of Devil's Lake State Park describes 30-year-old Audrie Pelosi as, "Baraboo resident, climber, outdoor enthusiast, kind soul, nature lover, community member."

"We are shocked and saddened," the post goes on to say, "And we are sending our deepest condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and climbing community. We thank her for all she brought to the Baraboo community."

According to her obituary, Pelosi moved to Baraboo from Minnesota after marrying in 2023.
