MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's the end of an era for a small corner of Milwaukee.

The doors at 4Seasons Skate Park are officially closed for good. After 26 years, their building has a new owner with different plans for the space.
Whether you skate, BMX, or anything in between, it's a huge loss.
"I've been here since I was 9," said BMX rider Sladen Poutre. "And it's a place for everyone to connect and let out the energy that they hold. It's sad, it really is sad. It truly is sad."
But this might not be the end of the road. Employees say they're still looking at their options and could try to reopen in a new space at some point. And a post on the skate park's social media page says a GoFundMe is being set up to help find a new home for the community.
