39-year-old Racine man killed in motorcycle crash

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say a 39-year-old Racine man has died after a motorcycle crash Wednesday, March 25.

The victim was identified by the Racine Police Department Friday as Benjamin Scott. 

Officers responded to the scene near Durand and Cleveland Avenue around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday night and found Scott seriously injured. He was taken to an area hospital and later flown to Froedtert for further treatment. 

On Thursday, the Racine County Medical Examiner's Office reported Scott died of his injuries. 

Officials say the driver of the other vehicle involved, a 32-year-old man, stayed at the scene and was cooperative with the investigation.
