27-year-old man shot in the neck near 26th and Concordia

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Milwaukee police say a 27-year-old man was shot in the neck and hand Monday night, Feb. 22.
Police say it happened near 26th and Concordia in the Franklin Heights neighborhood around 11:38 p.m.
The victim was taken a to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
Police are seeking unknown suspects.
