MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Summerfest brings music fans from across the region to Milwaukee's lakefront each summer, and Carolina Liar will be among the artists performing this year.

Frontman Chad Wolf spoke with CBS 58 Morning Anchor Alex Corradetti to preview the band's Saturday, July 4 show, reflect on the success of "Show Me What I'm Looking For," and share details about an upcoming vinyl release.

Carolina Liar is set to perform at 4:15 p.m. at the T-Mobile Stage on Independence Day.

During the interview, Wolf reflected on the lasting impact of the band's music, including seeing fans sing along to "Show Me What I'm Looking For" years after its release and hearing Kelly Clarkson record her own version of the song. He also shared that Carolina Liar's debut album is being re-released on vinyl and revealed that his son will join the band on bass for select tour dates this summer.
