MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Work has begun on the beer garden connector.
It will eventually link N. Old World 3rd Street to the new Bucks arena.
Towers will support a canopy protecting the walkway and gathering areas.
Plans for the beer garden include informal seating and a gas fireplace.
The new arena is expected to open in late summer.
