Milwaukee County Courts MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An argument leads to a credit union lockdown, after police say a customer threatened to kill employees.
A criminal complaint says Monica Ducksworth was angry after learning her money was frozen by a state levy.
It happened Friday at Educators Credit Union on West Appleton.
Police say she also threatened to burn the building down.
Officers found her walking nearby with a stun gun and a pistol-shaped lighter.
