MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The CEO of a Milwaukee non-profit doesn't expect to be charged in an embezzlement investigation.
Laurie Lambach was suspended from her role as president and CEO of UNISON after the allegations surfaced.
Investigators believe she may have misappropriated funds.
Her lawyer released a statement on Thursday saying Lambach has cooperated with the audit process. They say they're confident that Lambach will be absolved of any criminal liability.
