Unarmed man makes off with cash from Brown Deer Walgreens

The Brown Deer Police Department is looking for the man who robbed a Walgreens store on West Brown Deer Road Monday evening.   The Police report that around 6:50 PM, an unarmed black man entered the store near N 60th Street and W Brown Deer Road and selected some items to purchase, but as the clerk opened the cash register, the man pushed the clerk aside, grabbed the register’s cash drawer and ran off.   Witnesses did not see the direction the man fled.  The amount of money stolen in the robbery has not been determined.  No one was injured in the robbery.

The Brown Deer Police describe the suspect as black male, 5’10” and 210 pounds.  He was wearing a black hooded jacket, light colored shirt, faded blue jeans, black knit hat and black shoes.
