Semi spills 40,000 pounds of kitty litter on I-41 ramp

Officials say a semi truck driver hauling a trailer took a turn too fast this morning on the I-41 north ramp to Highway 60.
The semi tipped over and spilled 40,000 pounds of kitty liter.
There were no injuries.
The ramp was closed for over five hours from around 7:30 AM until around 1:00 PM.
