Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-car crash on I-43 Eastbound at South 27th Street at 11:00 PM Wednesday night according to a release from the department. A witness said the vehicle made an abrupt turn into the center wall. 

Antonio G. Orta, 32-years-old, of Racine, was arrested for fourth offense DUI after testing a 0.23 breathalyzer. His previous convictions were in March 2009, March 2012, and July 2013. Due to his previous convictions, he had a restriction of a BAC of .02. 

Orta was transported to Froedtert due to minor injuries sustained in the crash.

If convicted, Orta faces up to six years in prison.
