Wauwatosa West HS students stage walkout in support of Nolan Wells

CBS 58 WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa West High School students walked out of school Monday, Sept. 28, in support of Nolan Wells.
The 18-year-old went boating with friends off the Mississippi River coast on July 4 and never returned.
His body was found two days later.
Last week, a grand jury declined to pursue criminal charges in his death.
Students walked from the school to Firefly Park.
Students who participated in the walkout without parental permission were marked absent.
