Police Identify the Victim of the Homicide on North 24th Place

UPDATE: The victim of the May 23 homicide in the 3100 block of N. 24th Place is Robert E. Thomas, according to Milwaukee Police.
ORIGINAL: The Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that occurred at 7:40 PM on 5/23/2016 in the 3100 block of N 24th Place. During an argument the 27 year suspect shot his 45 year old uncle.
The victim died at the scene.
The suspect was arrested nearby by responding squads and a firearm was recovered.
This is preliminary information and our investigation into this incident is ongoing.
